At Moda Minx, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the protective strip intact and earrings are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from makeup, tan, or perfume marks.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
